Astrology for Spiritual Beings on a Human Journey

We begin this New Year with a new moon in the sign of Capricorn (responsible, dedicated, career minded and practical). I like those words up to a certain point. When I decided to create my own images of the different astrological signs, I wanted to portray Capricorn in a resting position as indicated above. Capricorn’s energy is also regal and stately and wise. It is true that they are goal oriented and yet when they reach their goal they have so much to celebrate and be proud of.
Make sure that you add to your goal and dream list time to celebrate.

New moons are for beginning new projects. What a great way for us to start the New Year with goal oriented Capricorn leading the way. Now, here is the secret to beginning the year with passion, power and adventure as part of your goal setting experience. Jupiter the planet that brings abundance and opportunities for success is finishing up its stay in Pisces (been there for most of 2010). Uranus is also at the end of its stay in Pisces. With these two important planets still in the sign of the dreamer and natural artist of the zodiac; you can create the most perfect images of what you want your future to be. Added to this mix is the fact that Jupiter and Uranus will be moving to the sign of Aries. Jupiter moves to Aries later this month and Uranus moves to Aries in April of 2011.

Make sure you add that you want your adventures to be happy ones where you inner child can play and enjoy the experience. You will have the Father (Capricorn) and the child (Aries) leading the way for most of the first month of 2011. Think about that combination when you envision where and how your success will come to you this year.

The astrological mix for 2011 is going to be fascinating to follow. With Jupiter and Uranus in Aries, Saturn in Libra, Neptune traveling to Pisces and Pluto in Capricorn; most of the year will be spent doing something. Four out of five planets in cardinal signs will portend a year of much action.

Let us all do what we can to be as personally responsible for those actions so we can move forward to create the kind of year that many of our spiritual guides from all of the different cultures are predicting will bring us the closest we have come to living the life of the peaceful warrior.
