We are coming to the end of a long period in our history which will take place on December 21, 2012.

These are some of the things to do during the next few days.

Spend some time cleansing, forgiving the negatives, remembering the positives and letting go as much as possible of what was.

Realize that the past is truly past with regards to what no longer works in our lives.

Accept that the present is fragile and the future is truly unknown.

Understand that life these days changes quickly and we need to be ready for whatever comes our way. No blame. No shame. Time for living with “true” integrity and responsibility. These words are powerful and oh so necessary at this time.

Integrity: the quality of being honest, whole and undiminished

The earth, the peoples, the plants and the animals. Nature and us. Us and nature. All one. Living with love and respect. For each other, for the earth and all the living creatures.

So much to do. So much to be aware of. What are you doing in this lifetime? Are you living with a consciousness that includes being the best person each day? And, more importantly, knowing what that means for you.

Take the time for a solemn prayer of transition to a new way of living with a light shining brightly on all that we are.
