SUN, SATURN AND MERCURY RETROGRADE ALL IN SCORPIO!

As of today, October 23rd, 2013 we have three important planets all in the sign of SCORPIO!  The Sun, Saturn and Mercury  residing in this powerful sign.

Scorpio governs and even at times demands deep transformation of those aspects of our life that need transforming through death of the old.  This dynamic is going to take center stage for the next four weeks.

I call it dancing in the dark.  Exploring the dark night of the soul.  Searching for the missing pieces to the puzzle that when completed will reveal our true essence.

This is only the second time in 30 years that we will experience the partnership of the Sun and Saturn in Scorpio.  Adding power to this dynamic duo is Mercury, the planet that governs our thought process.  And it is retrograde to boot!  Hang on!  It is time to surf the big waves.  Transformation through lessons learned.

Our soul is defined as the deep essence of who we are as human beings.  For the next few weeks we are going to be given an opportunity to determine what our true soul purpose is.  This will happen with challenges I dare to say.  Challenges that are going to be necessary to create the transformation.

Although it is a somber time if we embrace the necessity of going deep within to honor the clearing out and cleansing of whatever needs transformation; we will be supported by the power of the Scorpio energy.  This is the sign that is defined by its courage and tenacity to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

What thoughts, ideas or goals do you have that need to be transformed so they can manifest what your soul truly desires?  What is hidden away in your consciousness that may surface while Scorpio rules the skies.

As nature begins its descent into the darkness of the winter months; we too will descend into our deeper selves.   Nature instinctively knows when it is time to begin a new season.  The light of day is shortened as night and the moon appear sooner. There is a lovely mystery in the colors of the fall and winter skies.  Deep dark blue and black that portend a seriousness is approaching.

So I recommend that we make ourselves ready for the descent into the depths of our super conscious mind that will connect us to our soul purpose.

It will be another 30 years before we have this opportunity again.  Take advantage of the Scorpion mandate and make sure your surfboard is in good shape!

Scorpios will first and foremost be most affected by this transit.  Taurus, Leo and Aquarius are next in the order of being influenced.  Important that you look to where Scorpio lives in your Sacred Astrology Birth Chart.  This is where all of the above will be the most evident.
